Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to determine and record needs.
- Analyse the operations of information systems and suggest specialised fixes to boost output and effectiveness.
- Design, develop, integrate, test, and put into use business solutions for information systems.
- Give guidance on information system administration, strategy, policy, security, and service delivery.
- Interact with the business units, the technology teams, and the support teams as a liaison.
- Test system modifications and improvements to assure their dependability, accuracy, and functionality.
- Works together with business divisions and stakeholders to determine reporting requirements, evaluate present practises, spot opportunities, find duplications, and make sure reporting processes match corporate goals.
- Participates in and/or oversees initiatives to enhance dynamic reporting through the automation of reports, the adoption of cutting-edge analytical techniques, and the use of BI tools and technology.
- Creates interactive business intelligence reports and takes part in the planning, creation, and testing of PowerBI-based performance reporting solutions.
- Conducts research on performance reporting benchmarking and best practises and offers suggestions for advancement.
- Creates performance reporting procedures and looks for ongoing improvements, including creating tools to automate and organise report inputs, analysis, and distribution.
- Prepares strategic business cases and supporting documents, briefing papers, strategic and tactical reports for an assigned area and/or portfolio for submission to Executive, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively with members of the department, senior management, staff of various organizational units and other internal and external stakeholders in support of the mission, philosophies, and goals of Company.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the IT system.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze administrative and financial data.
- Demonstrated understanding of the relational multidimensional database concepts
- Ability to operate related equipment including applicable software applications.
- Fundamental conceptual and analytic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in making presentations and producing in-depth reports.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, and Outlook from Microsoft.
- Time management, organisation, and planning abilities.
Education qualification and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
- 2 years of directly related work experience.
- Certifications of Scrum Master, Product Owner or Certified Business Analyst Professional is an asset.
