Education: Completion of Secondary School          

Experience: 1 – 2 years of related experience

Number of openings: 1

Wage: $28.90 per hour

Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Language: English       

Term of Employment: Full time-permanent

 

Job Description:

  • Co-ordinate, review, evaluate and implement office administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and assign work to office support staff.
  • Make certain that deadlines are met and procedures are followed by the staff
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain and release records.
  • Perform analyses and supervise administrative activities in the areas of budgeting, contracts, project planning, and monitoring.
  • Help guide with the preparation of the operating budget and inventory and budgeting.
  • Gather data and write reports, instructions, and letters on a regular and special basis.
  • Supervise records management staff as per company instructions.

Employment Requirements:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • 1 – 2 years of related experience required
