Job Description:
- Co-ordinate, review, evaluate and implement office administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and assign work to office support staff.
- Make certain that deadlines are met and procedures are followed by the staff
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain and release records.
- Perform analyses and supervise administrative activities in the areas of budgeting, contracts, project planning, and monitoring.
- Help guide with the preparation of the operating budget and inventory and budgeting.
- Gather data and write reports, instructions, and letters on a regular and special basis.
- Supervise records management staff as per company instructions.
Employment Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- 1 – 2 years of related experience required
