  • We will provide:
    • Minimum of 30 hours/ week throughout your employment period
    • Paid Vacation of 2 Weeks each year or 4% of salary
    • Pay ranging within $27 - $28 per hour

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the administrative procedures of the office, and review, evaluate and implement new procedures.
  • Prioritize the work, delegate the work to the office support staff, and ensure that it is and follow the relevant procedures.
  • Ensure records are generated in accordance with the government requirements and necessary certifications are obtained.
  • Order supplies, promotional items and gifts as required.
  • Analyze and supervise administrative operations such as food costing, renewing the contracts and general management procedures.
  • Provides support with organizational budgeting and budget related activities and tracking inventory.
  • Preparations of correspondence, periodic reports and presentations.
  • Supports with the writing and drafting of policies, memos, and a variety of integral communications.
  • Liaise with the Quality department and work back potential customer issues as they relate to production and shipments.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school
  • Minimum one year of work experience required in the similar position
  • Ability to legally work in Canada
