Job Title: Retail Sales Manager  (NOC 60020)

Wage Rate: $33.00 Hourly (35 Hours per week)
Over Time Wage: $49.50 per hour

Education: High School
Experience: At least 2-3 years of related experience is required.
Languages: Basic Knowledge of English is required.

Job Duties:
• Manage the daily operations of the store, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory control.

• Responsible for purchase orders, and inventory tracking & analysis.

• Regularly meet with sales people, and merchandisers.

• Perform opening and closing functions.

• Ensure conformance of all store operations to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Responsible for in-store merchandising such as layouts, promotions, and displays.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies

• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues

• Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues

• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff

Requirements:
· Completion of Secondary School is required
· Combination of 2-3 years of work experience in the same trade
