Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including administrative processes, facilities management, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Facilitating effective communication within the office, both internally among staff members and externally with clients, suppliers, or other stakeholders.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels, and making procurement decisions when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records, including employee records, financial documents, and other important paperwork.
- Handling scheduling tasks, coordinating meetings, and managing appointments to optimize time and resources.
- Coordinating maintenance activities, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the office space is well-maintained and conducive to a productive work environment.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for employees or executives if needed.
- Organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, or conferences, including logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.
- Assisting in budget tracking and management for office-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College diploma/ CEGEP or equivalent.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant work experience of 2 to 3 years is crucial.
- Familiarity with office equipment and technology.
- Ability to handle challenges and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
Location: Mississauga, ON L5N 2X7
Salary: $28.25 hourly for 35 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
