Location: Mississauga, ON L5T 2M9
Salary: $ 28.50 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Answer phones, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure accuracy and organization of information.
- Facilitate communication within the office.
- Draft and proofread documents, emails, and reports.
- Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Assist in managing budgets, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience of 2 years to less than 3 years in administrative roles is essential for this job.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Capability to resolve issues and handle challenges effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
- Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ability to pay attention to details and maintain accuracy.
