Job Duties:
- Monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
- Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment and review the work.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws governing transportation and logistics activities, including customs regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- Create, investigate, track and complete work orders.
- Address and resolve any logistics issues, such as transportation delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders.
- Prepare and maintain progress and other reports.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare and submit reports and maintain work records and logs.
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Organize and maintain inventory and maintain vehicle operator work records.

Experience and Education:
- Minimum experience of 1 year to less than 2 years with College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
Salary, working hours, overtime and vacation pay:
- $29.30 CAD Per Hour
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- (Overtime Rate) $43.95 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
- Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
