Duties and responsibilities
• Checking the quality of beverages and food on timely manner and makedaily checklist.
• Supervise the preparation of all products in an efficient manner to handledaily requirements and ensure all food prepared is of the highest quality.
• Perform paperwork duties and assist with product orders and inventory asneeded.
• Implement the service standards and operating procedures for all food andbeverage services.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that excellent levelof services are being delivered to the customers.
• Maintain records of needed repairs, daily sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Make work schedules and assist in assigning duties to work staff
• Comply with all Tim Hortons policies and procedures and rules andregulations.
• Other duties as required.
Education
• College diploma (Education in relevant trade is an asset)
Qualifications & Experience
• Supervision/Management experience of at least 6 Months to 1 Year
• Experience in same field is an asset
• Must work mixed shifts depending upon the schedule

• Must be able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods.
• Must be able to work flexible hours during, evening, weekends, andholidays.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
