Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss their financial needs and goals.
- Collecting pertinent client information to provide investment options that align with clients' financial situations.
- Monitoring market conditions to determine how various changes may impact taxes and client investments.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client referrals.
- Cold-calling potential clients to inform them of the various financial products and services on offer.
- Suggesting viable solutions to improve clients' financial statuses.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of our financial products to advise clients accordingly.
- Advising clients on how to apply for mortgages and loans.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A college diploma or CEGEP is the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of 2 to 3 years in financial services, banking, or related roles is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey complex financial information.
- Understanding and adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to engage in cold-calling, promote financial products, and suggest solutions to improve clients' financial situations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and market trends.
- A customer-centric approach, focusing on building and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of client information.
Location: Burlington, ON L7L 6W6
Salary: $ 29.25 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
