Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to the company, guiding overall direction and growth.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring the firm's financial health and profitability.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the firm's client base.
- Assess and manage risks associated with financial operations, implementing strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluating the firm's success and identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee comprehensive financial reports, summarizing key metrics and achievements.
- Provide high-level financial advisory services to clients, including financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, insurance solutions, etc.
- Engage in negotiations with clients and partners, and manage contractual agreements effectively.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years or more is essential for this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams effectively, with a track record of achieving organizational goals.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, capable of making critical decisions that drive business growth.
- Understanding of financial principles, budget management, and the ability to drive cost-effective operations.
- Skill in building, developing, and motivating a high-performing team that delivers results.
- Proficiency in resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations diplomatically.
- High ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
Location: Burlington, ON L7L 6W6
Salary: $67.10 hourly / 30 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
