Salary: $ 30.15 hourly / 35 hours per week
Overtime:1.5 times gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities
- Organizing project meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing agendas.
- Oversee budget planning and management while also managing office operations.
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation like project plans and schedules.
- Facilitating communication between members, stakeholders, and others to ensure everyone is informed and aligned.
- Assisting in resource allocation to ensure they are available when needed for the project.
- Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and assisting in implementing quality control measures.
- Preparing regular project status reports and updates for project managers and others.
- Ensuring the project complies with organizational policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Providing general administrative support to the team, including filing, data entry, and coordinating logistics.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A CEGEP/ college diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum educational requirement.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2 to 3 years in administrative roles, preferably in a project management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse administrative responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficient in office software tools such as Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and project-related tasks.
