Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing the company's overall strategic vision and goals, and aligning the organization with these objectives.
- Managing, recruiting, training, and leading the team and providing direction and guidance to achieve business objectives.
- Overseeing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
- Identifying opportunities for growth, expansion, and market penetration, and developing and executing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and employees.
- Developing and tracking various policies and their implementation to measure and improve the organization's performance.
- Making critical decisions that impact the organization's direction, resources, and operations.
- Mitigating the possible risks to protect the organization from potential threats or challenges.
- Chiefly responsible for Talent Management, Innovation and Change Management, Customer Relations, and Crisis Management.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or other is essential.
- Extensive professional experience of 5 years or more is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and financial analysis, is required as the budget falls between $500,001 - $ 1,500,000.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are very beneficial for smooth interactions.
- The ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the organization and align resources with long-term goals.
- Effective decision-making abilities, often under high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex issues and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective networking and relationship-building skills to engage with key clients and potential partners.
