Salary: $68.40 per hour for 30 hours per week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, leading, and motivating the team to achieve company goals, and providing mentorship and direction to them.
- Managing the company's financial health, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and monitoring financial performance.
- Identifying growth opportunities, exploring new markets, and establishing partnerships or collaborations to expand the company's business.
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and understanding client needs to enhance service offerings.
- Overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and monitoring project progress.
- Developing and executing the company's strategic vision, including setting long-term goals, defining strategies, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Supervising and analyzing the regular reports to maintain and ensure the company's profitability.
- Ensuring the company complies with relevant industry regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
- Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the company's success and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Developing and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
- Handling crises or unexpected challenges that may arise.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business administration, or a related discipline is necessary.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, ranging from 5 years or more, including progressive roles in leadership and management is crucial.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating large teams.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation. The budgetary responsibility also falls in the range of $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Proven expertise in identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, market expansion, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and interpersonal skills are required for this job.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
