Job Description
• Create campaigns that would promote the products and services offered by our establishment efficiently.
• Design campaigns that will boost the presence of the brand and its ability to market to its true potential.
• Have regular discussion with the higher management and marketing team members on the marketing and sales strategies.
• Design, develop and implement strategies for all types of marketing - digital marketing, offline marketing, etc to promote the branding and sales of our products.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Analyze campaign data and utilize statistical analysis to determine the effectiveness of different campaign elements and make data-driven optimization decisions.
• Conduct regular surveys with existing customers, gather feedback and share it with the higher management.
• Responsible for maintaining all social media accounts of our company. Manage all the content on these social media platforms including posts, reviews, and interactions.
• Capture the key activities of the organization such as events, workshops, conferences and showcase them on the social media platforms to create brand awareness.
• Co-ordinate with internal team members to organize any media events to promote our business.
• Manage all the marketing related queries of the team members.
• Design, and develop marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, presentations etc.
• Play a critical role in driving the success of digital marketing campaigns and optimizing the performance of various media channels.
• Display ownership and help achieve goals of the organization.
• Conduct keyword research to improve campaign performance and audience targeting.
• Post on a regular basis across all the channels with the ability to ideate and create relevant content (creative, videos,. etc).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging media platforms, and digital marketing innovations to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Identify target audience segments and utilize audience data and segmentation strategies to personalize campaigns and improve targeting efficiency.
• Ability to create visually compelling illustrations that align with our brand identity.
• Collaborate with the internal team to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into visually appealing videos and other design elements.
