Northern Inn is currently seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager (Non-technical) with great communication skills to join our team.

 

Work Location: 3086 16 Highway East, Thornhill, BC V8G 3N5

Position Title: Project Manager (Non-technical)

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible
Position Available: 1

Wage: $29.70 - $31.70 per hour (Depending on Working Experience)

Work Hours: 30 hours per week

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay or 10 Business Days of Paid Vacation

 

Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage all office administrative procedures, and continually review, evaluate and implement new procedures as necessary;
  • Coordinate procedures related to all projects of Northern Motor Inn;
  • Perform establishment’s administrative tasks and oversee administrative activities related to contracting;
  • Prioritize tasks, delegate assignments to office staff, and ensure that all work is completed on time and in compliance with established procedures;
  • Manage preparing the budgets related to on-going, upcoming projects
  • Maintain a record of detailed projects’ progression and prepare periodical reports accordingly;
  • Gather data and analyze, review, and finalize expense reports, contracts, invoices, company policies, manuals related to project operation.

 

Qualification:

  • Completion of secondary school is required;
  • A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is preferred but not mandatory;
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration is required;
  • Great communication and prioritisation skills;
  • Team player and problem-solving skills;
  • Flexible working hours including evening and weekends.
