Job description:
Location: Mississauga, ON L5B 1M5
Salary: $ 29.10 hourly / 35 hours per Week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing elementary accounting duties like processing invoices and expense reports.
- Manage phone calls, emails, letters, and other correspondence.
- Assemble data, draft correspondence, periodic reports, and special reports.
- Oversee and organize the daily operations of the office.
- Plan and coordinate office services like accommodations, relocation, tools, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Keep office supplies on hand and order more when necessary.
- Store and arrange important and private company documents in a filing system in accordance with established procedures.
- Assist in setting up meeting spaces and supplying necessary materials and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Managing minor disputes and problems within the workplace.
- Keeping files, records, and documents organized.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A secondary school diploma (high school diploma) is required as the minimum level of education.
- Prior administrative experience of 2 to 3 years is required.
- Time management skills and the capacity for meeting deadlines are crucial.
- Experience in office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Must be able to work both independently and as a team.
- Deal with a lot of paperwork and data on a regular basis, so accuracy requires close attention to detail.
- Leadership abilities to take charge of a situation and make quick decisions when necessary.
