- Prioritize and establish administrative tasks to align with shipping and delivery deadlines.
- Conduct administrative activities of the establishment efficiently.
- Organize logistics-related office services, such as equipment, vehicle maintenance, and office supply needs.
- Compile performance data and prepare operational reports and communications.
- Maintain accurate records through meticulous data entry.
- Supervise the implementation and adherence to office administrative systems.
- Manage payroll administration for both logistics and office staff.
- Assist in preparing the budget and controlling expenditures related to logistics and office needs.
- Perform other office administrative tasks as required.
