Job Duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answering and managing incoming calls and emails.
- Determine and establish office procedures.
- Handling basic inquiries and providing information about the office's services.
- Managing appointment calendars for accountants and scheduling client meetings.
- Sending appointment reminders to clients.
- Providing administrative support to accountants, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports
- Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
- Scanning, photocopying, and filing important documents, such as tax returns, financial statements, and invoices.
- Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
- Assisting clients with filling out forms and documents.
- Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available.
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of office equipment, such as computers, printers, and photocopiers.
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
