Hours: 40 per week

Terms of employment: Full time/Permanent

Language: English

Minimum Education: completion of secondary school

Start date: as soon as possible.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience

 

Job Duties:

  • Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Answering and managing incoming calls and emails.
  • Determine and establish office procedures.
  • Handling basic inquiries and providing information about the office's services.
  • Managing appointment calendars for accountants and scheduling client meetings.
  • Sending appointment reminders to clients.
  • Providing administrative support to accountants, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports
  • Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital filing systems.
  • Scanning, photocopying, and filing important documents, such as tax returns, financial statements, and invoices.
  • Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
  • Assisting clients with filling out forms and documents.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always available.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and repair of office equipment, such as computers, printers, and photocopiers.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
