Job Description:

• Washing, peeling, choping, slicing, and measuring ingredients for different dishes.
• Making sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Having basic knowledge of various Vietnamese cooking techniques such as grilling, steaming, stir-frying, and simmering.
• Assisting other cooks to make traditional dishes like pho, bun cha, banh mi, spring rolls, and more.
• Cleaning prep areas and taking care of leftoversStocking inventory and supplies.
• Ensuring the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
