Wage: $26.44 per Hour

Hours: 30 To 40 Hours per week

Job Description:

• Manage, plan, control and organize the overall operation of the restaurant on a day to day basis.

• Adhere to, and ensure employees adhere to company standards in a manner that increase sales and minimize cost.

• Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets collaboratively set by all managers and owners.

• Establish relationships with the local community and maintain established social responsibility of the company.

• Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation

• Coordinate staff scheduling

• Recruit new staff, as well train and promote development of skills of existing staff

• Solve customer complaints 

• Monitor and regulate food health and safety at all times

• Work with food suppliers on regular basis 

• Maintain inventory and other supply in the restaurant

• Manage banquets during events/caterings

• Monitor day to day,monthly and years targets and growth of the restaurant 

Employment Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School

2 – 3 years of related work experience required
