One (1) permanent full-time position of Accounting Technician (NOC 12200) is available at Autolinx Logistics Inc. located at 375 Market Drive, Milton, ON, L9T 3H5.
Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 12200:
- Be responsible for financial record-keeping and maintain various accounts using accounting software.
- Process payables and receivables and calculate cheque payrolls.
- Prepare & post journal entries and adjust/maintain entries.
- Prepare the trial balance of books.
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
- Generate operating statements, and maintain general ledger reports and financial statements.
- Post all invoices and prepare their cheques.
- Proper allocation of the company’s credit card expenses
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and other files
- Complete bank and other account reconciliations
- Monthly company Expense Review & reporting to the accountant.
- Prepare & submit Employee Tax and HST returns, as required.
- General banking duties.
Requirements:
Minimum One (1) Year of work experience.
Completion of College Program or Certificate course in accounting or bookkeeping.
Wage Rate : $25.00/hour
Hours : 40 Hours/week
