Accounting Bookkeeper

Location: #801 - 17665 66A Avenue Surrey, British Columbia, V3S 2A7 Salary: $27 / hour

Terms of employment: Full time 35 hours/ week

Main duties 

•  Keep financial records of the company
• Establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using accounting software
• Post daily journal entries
• Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, and prepare financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls
• Pay CRA payments, like payroll remittances, GST, other taxes and Utility bills.
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare, financial and accounting reports.
• Coordinate with CPA for finalization of financial returns
• Perform other related duties

Employment requirements

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

l year of related work experience
