Responsibilities
Tasks
- Oversee and manage the preparation, cutting, marination, and packaging of fresh meat products for both retail and restaurant orders.
- Manage daily schedules and workflows for butchers, kitchen staff, and front-counter team to ensure smooth service.
- Keep track of inventory levels, place supplier orders, and ensure timely stock of fresh, high-quality meats and ingredients.
- Coordinate with the restaurant kitchen to meet daily meat prep needs and handle special catering or bulk orders.
- Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and storage standards throughout the shop, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Create and adjust product pricing, combo deals, and special offers to boost sales and attract customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, custom meat cuts, and special requests, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
