 Responsibilities

 Tasks

• Operate kitchen equipment, such as coffee machines and other equipment, including deep fryers, grills, ovens, and dispensers, to prepare a variety of food items such as sandwiches, hamburgers, fries, salads, ice cream dishes, milkshakes, and other beverages.
• Clean, peel, slice, and trim various food items using both manual tools and electric appliances.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Handle cash, and credit/debit card payments, and give change as needed.
• Keep the counter and dining areas clean and organized.
• Refill condiment stations and restock supplies as needed.
• Work effectively with other team members to ensure efficient service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing food items.
• Package food for take-out orders efficiently and accurately.
