Job Description

Impact Health at Cold Lake requires two  Office Administrative Assistants for their clinic 

Work Location -5412 55 St unit A, Cold Lake, AB T9M 1R5 

Wages - 18.00 hourly, 35 to 40 hours per Week

Permanent employment, Full time

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing system
