The on-site restaurant and bar feature billiards and billiards table. Guests can relax and be entertained with a flat screen TV and a bar or with activities such as billiard and fisheries. Riverside Inn also has a restaurant inside the inn opened to service customers who stay in our Inn, as well as the local residents from Wabasca community.

 

You will be responsible for the following duties:

 

Front Desk Supervisor (NOC 62022)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front desk staff, supervising guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk
  • Liaising with housekeeping teams to check if rooms are ready, and managing additional drop offs of items such as extra towels as required
  • Liaising with maintenance staff to deal with issues within rooms and common areas as they arise
  • Managing the booking system for future reservations
  • Communicating with potential and future guests about upcoming reservations 
  • Staying on top of current local events to better serve guests
  • Managing any public areas, keeping the lobby and entrance areas clean and tidy
  • Dealing with guest complaints and inquiries 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation
  • Language: English
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hotel or motel setting
  • Able to supervise 1-2 people
