As the one of the best in the region, Riverside Inn offers accommodation in Wabasca and features a free carpark, a golf course and a Jacuzzi. A day at Riverside Inn begins with a hot breakfast. The on-site restaurant and bar feature billiards and billiards table. Guests can relax and be entertained with a flat screen TV and a bar or with activities such as billiard and fisheries. Riverside Inn also has a restaurant inside the inn opened to service customers who stay in our Inn, as well as the local residents from Wabasca community.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

Housekeeping Supervisor (NOC 62024)

Responsibilities:

• Check rooms and common areas for cleanliness and to ensure they meet established standards
• Overseeing daily housekeeping activities on daily basis
• Assigning tasks to staff, schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards
• Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
• Respond to customer complaints and special requests
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves
• Participate in large cleaning projects as required
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• May perform cleaning duties

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) School Graduation
• Language: English
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of housekeeping experience
• Able to supervise 3-4 people
