Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations, including recycling and repair processes, to ensure efficiency and adherence to environmental standards.
- Lead and motivate teams across various functions, including technical repair, recycling operations, and customer service, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasts, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure the company's financial health while aligning with and advancing its sustainability goals and initiatives.
- Ensure all operations adhere to industry regulations, environmental laws, and sustainability standards. Implement best practices for quality control and waste management.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's reach and impact in the IT recycling and repair sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to integrate new solutions into the company’s operations and improve service offerings.
- Represent the company in community and industry events, promoting its commitment to sustainability and building a positive public image.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency in hardware repairs and upgrades.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance, financial results, and sustainability metrics to stakeholders. Analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify potential risks related to operations, compliance, and market changes, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Significant experience in management or leadership roles is required, ranging from 5 years or more.
- Understanding of computer hardware, recycling processes, and environmental regulations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in motivating and developing staff.
- Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions, including presentations to stakeholders and community engagement.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expand market reach.

Salary: $87.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
