JOB DUTIES:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Follow menus and food portions, estimate food requirement costs, and monitor and order supply
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Advise Executive Chef to Order supplies and equipment
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas

Candidates are required to be available to work a flexible, irregular schedule and weekends.
