Job Description

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Interior Designer/Interior Decorator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for creating innovative and functional spaces that meet our clients’ unique needs and preferences. You will play a key role in shaping interiors that blend aesthetic appeal with practical design, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2-3 years in interior design or related field
  • Work Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare comprehensive specifications to support project planning and execution.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to integrate various aspects of design and functionality.
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and safety considerations, ensuring that designs reflect their needs and tastes.
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to develop cohesive design plans.
  • Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, and fixtures.
  • Provide advice on the selection of colours, finishes, materials, lighting, furniture and other items, considering ergonomic and occupational health standards.
  • Develop plans, elevations, cross-sections, and detailed drawings to guide construction and implementation.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations to gather essential information and ensure designs are feasible.
  • Collaborate with specialists to create tailored programs for clients with specific needs.
  • Supervise design teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
