Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and enhance revenue. This includes examining sales data, recognizing patterns, and modifying approaches to achieve financial objectives.
- Oversee marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, local advertising, and special events. Develop promotions and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the sales department. Adapt strategies and approaches as needed to effectively overcome challenges and ensure team success.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the restaurant’s budget, including forecasting sales and controlling costs. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure the team is knowledgeable about using social media effectively to support and drive sales activities.
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and service quality. This includes optimizing staffing levels, managing inventory, and ensuring that front-of-house operations run smoothly.
- Implement ongoing training programs for staff to improve their sales skills, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is required.
- Five or more years of experience in sales, marketing, restaurant management, or leadership role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with team members, clients, and senior management, ensuring clear information exchange and strong professional relationships.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing market conditions.
- Understanding of social media platforms and their use in driving sales and brand visibility.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address operational issues and customer concerns.

Salary: $63.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
