Responsibilities:
- Overseeing performance management by adeptly orchestrating the symphony of goals, resources, and feedback to elevate the performance of their team, creating a harmonious crescendo of success.
- Define and oversee salaries, compensation and incentive programs that motivate the staff to achieve their sales targets
- Manage, hire, train, and lead the team within the restaurant and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Make essential decisions that influence the restaurant's overall functioning and financial success.
- Build and sustain strong connections with investors and key customers.
- Identify and reduce significant financial risks.
- Monitor and assess employee performance in relation to established goals and targets.
- Distribute resources wisely to meet organizational objectives.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure the restaurant adheres to legal and regulatory standards.
- Tackle complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Act as the organization's representative, or appoint others to represent the organization in negotiations or official events.
- Perform performance evaluations and set objectives for team members.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field is usually required.
- The role involves managing a budget that ranges from $500,001 to $1,500,000.
- Significant experience in management and leadership roles is vital, typically requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities are necessary to lead the team and ensure success.
- Strategic thinking and the capability to create effective business strategies are highly valued.
- A solid understanding of financial management, including the ability to analyze budgets and financial data, is essential.
- Proficiency in solving complex problems and making difficult decisions is required.

Salary: $52.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Number of vacancies: 1
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
