Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and organize data to generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Handle phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and maintain calendars.
  • Perform data entry, process paperwork, reconcile invoices and bills.
  • Assist with the preparation of the operating budget and monitor inventory and budget controls.
  • Promote effective communication between external and internal customers.
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls.
  • Handle the mailing, delivery, and pickup of documents as required.
  • Support the marketing team in creating marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with logistics, insurance, and maintenance services.
  • Conduct research and complete forms from various vendors as needed.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and update the accounting system.
  • Maintain and update office records and databases containing personnel, financial, and office information.
  • Draft and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Communicate daily with ground staff to coordinate shift timings, job schedule changes, cancellations, client issues, purchase orders, employee concerns, repairs, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 7 months experience in similar responsibilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple calls while staying focused on tasks.
  • Capability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within given instructions, routines, and standard practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook and internet applications.

 

Location: Brampton, ON, L6W 1X9

Salary: $29.50 hourly / 35 hours per Week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
