Administrative assistant

Job details

Salary: $27.00 / hour

Vacancies: 1 Vacancy

Terms of employment Permanent, Full time 35  hours / week

Job requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year related experience

Main Duties :

 

  • Distribute incoming mails/emails to the concerned functionaries in the establishment.
  • Coordinate flow of information within the organization and other departments/organizations
  •  Schedule and conduct meetings of the management.
  • Record minutes of the meetings and follow up an action plan with the concerned.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to the Emails.
  • Draft, edit and finalize correspondence.
  •  Make travel arrangements and reservations for the management and other functionaries.
  • Greet and direct visitors to the concerned.
  • Perform other related duties.
