Salary: $86.50 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to achieve company goals and drive growth.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth through the establishment of new business relationships.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
- Recognize and handle financial risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
- Define and communicate the strategic direction for the financial department to align with overall company objectives.
- Generate and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and forecasts.
- Assess team performance and introduce strategies to enhance both productivity and morale.
- Hold the responsibility for delivering and attaining revenue targets while being accountable for the financial profitability of the organization.
- Efficiently leading the team and fostering seamless collaboration throughout the organization to achieve top-tier operational excellence while optimizing costs.
- Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies to boost productivity and morale.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of a minimum of 5 years or more is essential for this role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- In-depth understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong decision-making abilities with a focus on balancing short-term and long-term goals.
- Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex financial issues.
