Hi, I am looking for a detail-oriented and dependable housekeeper to help maintain and organize our home. The ideal candidate should be driven, efficient, and able to handle various household tasks with care and professionalism!
Cleaning and Maintaining Living Areas:
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all areas of the house, including living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and other common areas.
• Cleaning and organizing furniture, fixtures, and decor items.
• Ensuring all rooms are well-kept, tidy, and presentable.
Bathroom Cleaning:
• Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and mirrors.
• Replacing toiletries (soap, toilet paper, etc.) as needed.
• Ensuring that bathroom floors, counters, and surfaces are spotless.
Kitchen Maintenance:
• Cleaning countertops, appliances (e.g., fridge, oven, microwave), and sinks.
• Washing dishes and ensuring the kitchen is organized.
• Sweeping and mopping kitchen floors.
• Ensuring pantry items are organized and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen environment.
Laundry Management:
• Washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, towels, linens, and other household items.
• Sorting laundry according to clothing type, fabric, and color.
• Ensuring all laundry items are neatly folded and organized.
Bed Making and Linen Change:
• Changing bed linens, pillowcases, and blankets regularly or upon request.
• Making the beds neatly and ensuring they are always in presentable condition.
Organizing and Tidying:
• Organizing and decluttering various rooms, such as bedrooms, living rooms, and office spaces.
• Ensuring that all personal items are neatly stored and arranged.
• Maintaining an orderly home environment, including closets, drawers, and cabinets.
Trash and Recycling Removal:
• Emptying trash bins in all rooms and replacing them with fresh liners.
• Sorting and disposing of recyclable materials as needed.
• Taking out garbage to the designated areas for pickup.
Errands and Special Requests:
• Running occasional errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
• Attending to special requests from household members, such as organizing events, setting up guest rooms, etc.
Maintaining Cleaning Supplies:
• Keeping track of cleaning supplies, and notifying the employer when supplies are low.
• Ensuring all cleaning products and equipment are stored safely and properly.
Seasonal Cleaning Tasks:
• Performing deep cleaning tasks as required, such as cleaning windows, carpets, or upholstery.
• Preparing the home for seasonal changes, like changing bedding for colder months or organizing summer items.
Safety and Maintenance Reporting:
• Reporting any household maintenance issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical problems) to the employer or appropriate service provider.
• Ensuring safety standards are met, particularly around children, pets, or elderly residents.
