Job Description: We are seeking a proactive Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues, and ensure efficient IT operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. |
Responsibilities: |
Respond to technical support tickets and requests in a timely manner. |
Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues. |
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications. |
Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. |
Document solutions and maintain accurate records of IT inventory. |
Requirements: |
Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role. |
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. |
Experience with network troubleshooting and basic server administration. |
Excellent communication and customer service skills. |
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred. |
