Job Description: We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and assistance to our clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will respond to help desk tickets, diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
Document help desk procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
