Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Estimate food requirements, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Inspect Kitchens and food service areas.
- Assist in scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers.
- Manage kitchen operations and inspect the kitchen and food service areas.
- Clean Kitchen and work areas and manage kitchen operations.
- May set up, clean, and organize kitchen and work area.
- May train kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
