Job Description

We provide professional Financing, Leasing, Trade-in Vehicle service. At present, we are seeking to expand our team by adding a talented purchasing manager who shares our commitment to excellence and possesses the necessary expertise to contribute to our continued success.

Job duties:

-          Manage new supplier agreements and contract amendments, ensuring legal approval, appropriate signatories, and proper documentation.

-          Prepare vendor recommendations for decision-making, ensuring compliance with selection processes.

-          Analyze vendor quotes and proposals to determine the most desirable suppliers based on price, quality, experience, and capabilities.

-          Ensure proper retention and safeguarding of trader files, including contracts and business confidential information.

-          Plan and control budget and expenditures

-          Hire, train, direct and motivate staff

Job Requirements:

-          High school graduated required

-          Strong leadership and management capabilities

-          Relationship management skills

-          Professionalism and strong negotiation skills

-          Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

-          Fluency in English (oral and written); French and other language skills are an advantage.

-          Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

-          Automotive Retail Procurement experience is advantageous

-          Ability to manage meetings, presentations, and complex timelines

Benefits:

-          Permanent employment, Full Time

-          $62.85 hourly/ 35-40 hours per week
