Salary: $58.00 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage risks related to construction projects and company operations, creating contingency plans to effectively handle any issues that may arise during project implementation.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to construction activities, including zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.
- Stay updated about advancements in construction technology and integrate these innovations to improve project efficiency and operational effectiveness across the company's activities and project implementations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to personnel management, employee relations, and performance management.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control programs to ensure construction projects meet specified standards and client expectations.
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed at all construction sites and company operations, while also fostering and preserving a safety-oriented culture within the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee the financial performance of the company, which includes managing budgets, forecasting financial outcomes, and preparing financial reports. Monitor financial indicators and take corrective measures when necessary.
- Provide oversight and guidance to project managers on project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Ensure adherence to project timelines, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, commerce or a related field.
- Significant experience of five years or more in the construction industry is required.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the construction industry.
