Salary: $80.25 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Job Responsibilities:
- Developing financial strategies aligned with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Creating and executing strategic initiatives to meet company objectives, such as establishing growth goals, recognizing market prospects, and aligning business operations with industry trends.
- Evaluating and reducing financial risks through efficient strategies and controls.
- Mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals, including digital strategists, SEO specialists, content creators, social media managers, and analysts
- Staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements. Encouraging innovation and driving the adoption of new technologies within the company.
- Evaluating and minimizing risks related to project delivery, client relations, and market shifts.
- Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding the company's client base.
- Developing contingency plans and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Leading and managing a team of web developers, designers, project managers, and support staff. Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Developing and nurturing strategic partnerships with other companies to enhance the company's offerings and capabilities.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, finance, computer science, or a related discipline is required.
- Minimum five years of experience as a middle manager in financial, communications or other business services is essential.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, fostering a positive work environment and motivating employees.
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- The budgetary responsibility falls between $500,001 - $1,500,000.
- Ability to make informed decisions quickly and effectively, considering various factors and potential outcomes.
- Skillful in recognizing problems, analyzing data comprehensively, and executing effective solutions to overcome challenges.
