Job Responsibilities:
- Engage in strategy development to ensure our products and services are effectively showcased throughout the?company.
- Research and identify growth opportunities for the company.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships to expand clientele.
- Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth
- Manage workflows and process improvements for the company, to accelerate the team’s ability to deliver actionable strategic solutions.
- Coordinate with HR Officer to define the roadmap, hierarchy and HR policies for company vision.
- Motivate employees to work productively and develop relax professional work environment.
- Provide ongoing marketing & sales solutions’ services training and support for teams to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Monitor and improvise quality delivery of the product offerings to customers.
- Develop matrix to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, clearly communicate recommendations, and collaborate across all levels of the company and its network.
- Prepare analysis and reports to facilitate dialogue with executive staff and stakeholders.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is a minimum requirement
- Experience of 5 or more years is related job profile is required.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to manage budgets effectively, forecast revenue, optimize profitability, and control costs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with clients, the team, and others.
Salary: $85.90 hourly for 30 hours per week
Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
