Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule driver routes and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve driver issues and provide support for on-the-road challenges.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular training sessions for drivers on safety and operational procedures.
- Manage driver logs and records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and any issues that arise.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
