JOB DUTIES:
- Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all services provided.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Budgeting and financial planning to achieve profitability targets.
- Building strategic partnerships and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Setting performance goals and conducting performance evaluations.
- Engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Participating in networking events and industry conferences to attract potential clients.
- Identifying potential risks to the business and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the organization's representative or designate others to act on its behalf in negotiations or other official capacities.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: $85.95 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $128.93 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
