Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, Weekend, if required). 

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible 

Work Address: 12847 105 Ave Surrey, British Columbia V3T 5H4 (Candidate required to work at various locations at as per company contracts and requirements.)

Wage rate: $23.50- $24.50 per hour, for 40.00 hours a week 

Benefits: Relocation Expenses & Medical Insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

 Education: Not required

 Experience: Not required, On Job training will be provided

Language: Not Required (as it’s a entry level - Labour Position)

Job Duties: 

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials.
• Mix, pour and spread materials.
• Assist painters when necessary.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning, preparing, and mixing materials such as paint, varnish, lacquer, and/or other related materials etc.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Follow instructions to ensure the safety of the entire team.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed and required.
