Salary: $30.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
Number of vacancies: 1
Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period
Overtime: $45.00 per hour post accumulated 44 hours (weekly)

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare company monthly financial statements like cash flow, income/P&L and balance sheets.
- Prepare financial statements and reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
- Handle payroll, process accounts receivable/payable.
- Complete invoices and maintain the accounts documentation.
- Monitor company office expenses and track related invoices and payments.
- Process payments, conduct daily banking services.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers’ compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents.
- Generate payment checks for purposes such as employee payroll, utility payments, taxes, and various other bills.
- Prepare the trial balance, coordinating with CPA for whole financial matters.
- Prepare the statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Eligibility Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is the minimum educational requirement.
- Prior experience of 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Good English communication is necessary for working with clients or colleagues.
