Job Description

We provide professional food manufacturing service. At present, we are seeking to expand our team by adding a skilled Office Manager who shares our commitment to excellence and possesses the necessary expertise to contribute to our continued success.

Job duties:

-          Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures

-          Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed

-          Assist in preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

-          Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes

-          Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services

Job Requirements:

-          College/CEGEP graduated required

-          Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

-          Excellent oral communications in English, other Asian language proficiency is a bonus

-          Previous experience in a similar role preferred

-          Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Office, Electronic mail

Benefits:

-          Permanent employment, Full Time

-          $27 hourly/ 35-40 hours per week
