Job Title: Restaurant Manager

 

Job Description:

 

  • Coordinating daily restaurant management operations.

  • Delivering excellent customer experience. 

  • Controlling operational costs and identifying measures to cut waste.

  • Creating detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.

  • Training new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

  • Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximising customer satisfaction.

  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

  • Managing a restaurant's good image and suggesting ways to improve it.

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

 

Skills required:

  • Work under pressure

 

Pay rate: 

 

  • $29 per hour

 

Education and Work experience:

 

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

  • 6-12 months related work experience is an asset
