Responsibilities

    • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
    • Keep a record and maintain office inventory.
    • Provide assistance to clients or visitors who come to the office.
    • Update office records and databases that contain personnel, financial, and client data through manual filing and company software.
    • Prepare regular progress reports using MS office and other company software.
    • Keep track of files, records, and databases to ensure information is organized and accessible
